Reed's Metals, Saltillo, MS

This Saltillo, MS Reed’s Metals location expanded their current 2,100 square foot offices to include an additional 5,400 square feet of space for staff and clients. The existing warehouse portion, previously a building shell, was converted to house a large design department, administrative offices, and 10 private sales offices to serve the new product showroom that did not previously exist. The remainder of the existing 2,100 square feet was completely renovated to provide a lounge, restrooms, a boardroom and management offices. This renovation now allows the staff to showcase their work and complete product lines to better serve this region of MS.

Reed's Metals, Sulphur, LA

Reed’s Metals provides metal roofing and pre-engineered metal buildings for all types clients. They are becoming the leader in their industry in the Southeastern region and rapidly expanding. It is important, as they expand, that the stores be consistent in their brand standard image. The goal was to enhance their brand image and establish a more custom look within their interiors. The main building houses their product showroom, sales and administrative offices, and a formal boardroom.

Reed's Metals, Jackson, TN

This Jackson, TN store location was the 5th that opened of the large chain. 3,000 square feet of an existing building/warehouse was converted into a product showroom and staff offices. The brand standards set forth were incorporated into this location for Reed’s Metals. The interior layout was strategically planned to allow the managing staff to have easy access and visuals to the warehouse, sales teams to be immediately accessible to the product showroom floor and a respite area one door entry away for direct access for warehouse associates enduring the outdoor elements.

St. Tammany Economic Development Foundation, Mandeville, LA

Even though a small project, St. Tammany EDF was in need of a new addition to their office space; a formal boardroom. This space serves as the hub of inspiration, ideas and a warm welcome center for businesses relocating to the parish. The interior displays organic graphics and colors found on the floor, walls, and decorative interior windows - abstracts reflecting the serene outdoor environment and areas of recreation that St. Tammany parish offers.

St. Peter Catholic School, Covington, LA

The K-2nd grade building received newly renovated restrooms after many years of wear and tear. Both the girl's and boy's restrooms were specifically redesigned to accommodate the reaching abilities of the children as well as keeping the standard and ADA location of the fixtures. The restrooms are easily maintained from a environmental services perspective by incorporating seamless epoxy flooring and tiled walls with impermeable epoxy grout. Solid core toilet partitions have been installed to prevent any future visual damage of scaring or indentation. The colors reflect both cleanliness and enhance the facility's color palette.
